A PLUS Construction is dedicated to using the latest in innovative technologies and techniques to assist our clients in getting the best service available. Our laser alignment processes combine the best technology available today, using factory certified technicians.

We have incorporated into our business the best systems to give you the most accurate alignment possible. The systems we use are considered the benchmarks for other companies that manufacture laser alignment equipment. Our coupling alignment system is the Rotalign Pro series manufactured by Pruftechnik AG. Our machine alignment system is from Hamar. Most systems available today are less expensive, but they don't measure up in accuracy and performance.

MACHINE ALIGNMENT

• Measures three geometric axis simultaneously. With our Hamar equipment, we can check straightness, flatness, squareness, and parallelism at the same time, with the greatest degree of accuracy available on the market.
  
• Laser alignment is 60% to 70% faster than other alignment methods.
  
• Applications include process mills; such as paper mills, printing presses, textile mills, plastic mills, and film processing machinery and mills. Other applications would include platen alignment as used in injection molding machines

COUPLING ALIGNMENT

• Laser coupling alignment reduces down time or installation time.
  
• Laser coupling alignment is far more accurate than indicator alignment.
  
• Laser alignment reduces wear and tear and promotes a longer life out of the equipment aligned.
  
• Laser alignment does not require complete rotation to obtain readings.
